We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Career Teacher of Business Studies to join our thriving secondary school in Grays from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated ECT to begin their teaching career within a supportive, forward-thinking department.

About the Role
You will:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 4 and (where applicable) Key Stage 5
- Inspire students with real-world business knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking
- Contribute to the continued development of the Business curriculum
- Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential

What We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from ECTs who:
- Hold (or are on track to achieve) QTS
- Have a strong academic background in Business, Economics or a related subject
- Demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning
- Are committed to high standards, inclusion, and student achievement
- Are reflective practitioners eager to develop their pedagogy
