As a Senior Planner, you''ll be at the forefront of a diverse range of planning projects, supporting clients from inception through to delivery.

Responsibilities

Work on projects ranging from large housing estates, new retail or industrial buildings to individual houses and barn conversions.

Deliver planning strategies for new housing developments.

Unlock sites for mixed-use regeneration projects.

Prepare evidence for planning inquiries and appeals.

Advise investors on land development potential.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and environmental specialists on creative, sustainable schemes.

Help shape the growth and character of towns, villages, and urban extensions.

Qualifications

Holds a degree in Town Planning or a related field with proven planning experience.

You will hold a valid UK driving licence (essential for site visits).
