This will be a full-time position based on-site and in the Worcestershire region. The position comes with an attractive remuneration package and benefits, which includes an attendance and overtimes bonus schemes.The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a quality conscious manufacturing environment and be familiar with quality management processes and procedures.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Conducting thorough inspections of components, products and processes to assess both their quality and compliance with the required specificationsEnhancing existing quality control proceduresRecording results and comparing to target figuresQuarantining and investigating issues on out-of-spec products and problem solvingCompiling weekly reports on key measuresAnalysing and setting target figures for product tolerancesDocument inspection results and maintain accurate recordsAnalysing data to establish better ways of workingCollaborating across the business in addressing quality issues promptly and efficientlyParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality Experience required: ..... full job details .....
