Position Summary Granite Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Wind Farm installation project, involving the erection of 9 x Nordex N149 turbines. This role demands a results-focused individual with a proven track record in managing large-scale wind turbine installation projects, from preconstruction planning through to full handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, health and safety, and stakeholder communication to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time project delivery. This is a high-profile role, with autonomy and accountability for delivering a strategically important project. This role is a fixed-term contract and is required to start ASAP. The role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This is also a home based role with travel to site required. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership and Execution Manage the full lifecycle of wind turbine installation, including civil interfaces, logistics, cranage, pre-assembly, mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning and punch list close-out. Develop and deliver the Project Execution Plan, aligning with the EPC, OEM, client, and internal requirements.
