Residential Youth Support Worker - A Career Like No Other Location : Monkton Heathfield, TA2 Base Salary: £27,716 per annum + £43.47 per sleep in carried out + £1,400 attendance bonus Shift Pattern: 2 days on 4 days off - working long days and sleep-ins on a rota basis.
