JOB DESCRIPTION:
Finishing Foreman required for a new build housing company to oversee snagging works on a project in Northwich

Daily responsibilities will include:

Overseeing finishing works, going through snagging lists and ensuring properties are complete to a high standard

Quality Assurance works and managing time effectively on each property

Overseeing various trades

Requirements for the role
* CSCS Card
* SSSTS
* Eye for detail and knowledge of finishing/snagging works
