As a Team Manager you will assist in delivering Turning Point''s Substance use strategy within a Multi-disciplinary service which reflects our person centred values and the high levels of ambition we have both for the recovery of the individuals for whom we provide support and the development of our own staff. As a Team Manager we offer a starting salary of £37,265 + £3,633 IWL rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to £43,594 + £3,633 ILW per year. (Dependent on experience you may be offered a starting salary above the initial starting salary).
