Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Climate Tech Start-Up

A purpose-driven climate tech start-up is on the lookout for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join their small but growing team. Working at the intersection of biotechnology, geospatial data, and machine learning, the company is building tools that are innovating their field.

You’ll help shape their core intelligence platform - developing and deploying models across structured and unstructured data, from microbiomes to satellite imagery. Think LLMs, ensemble methods, knowledge graphs, and real-world environmental impact.

About You:

• 3 years applied ML experience
• Strong Python ML stack (e.g. XGBoost, transformers, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
• Curiosity for climate tech, life sciences, or sustainability
• Bonus: exposure to knowledge graphs, semantic modelling, or bioinformatics
