The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery and development of the Community Children''s Nursing Service, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care is provided to children, young people, and their families in a community setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based care to children and young people in the community, reducing unnecessary hospital admissions. Maintain and develop expert clinical practice, ensuring effective case management. Provide care closer to home with a focus on family-centred practice. Work in partnership with children, young people, parents, carers, and the wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to achieve the best health outcomes. Lead on service development initiatives and quality improvement projects. Provide line management, supervision, and support to junior nursing staff.
