We’re launching behavioral health services under Indiana’s TBI and AandD Waivers, and we’re looking for a licensed LCSW or LMHC to join our team.Responsibilities:Provide Behavioral Health Counseling – Level 2 services to Medicaid waiver clientsConduct behavioral assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain documentationCollaborate with RNs, LMSWs, DSPs, and case managers as part of the care teamParticipate in periodic team meetings and coordinate care with families and community providersEnsure compliance with Medicaid standards and HIPAARequirements:Active Indiana license as an LCSW or LMHC (Required)Experience with waiver populations, trauma-informed care, or community mental health (Preferred)Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgmentMust carry professional liability insuranceMust be eligible for Indiana Medicaid credentialing$70/hour – Independent Contractor (1099)Administrative support for documentation and billingWork closely with experienced RN and LMSW team membersIndianapolis, IN (Hybrid – in-home, community-based, or virtual)
