Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead - Training to lead the modernisation and integration of training capabilities across Defence Digital programmes. This role is critical in ensuring Defence personnel are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively adopt and exploit new digital capabilities. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in training transformation, learning strategy, and Defence environments, ensuring training is Embedded as a core enabler of digital adoption and long-term operational effectiveness. Active SC clearance is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Training Transformation andamp; Strategy Lead the transformation of Defence training capabilities to support digital and data-enabled operations. Develop and deliver training transformation roadmaps covering policy, process, digital learning tools, and workforce capability development. Ensure alignment between Defence Digital programmes, user communities, and enterprise-wide training strategies. Drive integration between training design, digital platforms, and operational systems to deliver accessible and effective learning solutions. Training Needs Analysis andamp; Development Conduct training needs and capability gap analyses across Defence user communities.
