This role is critical to ensuring lab assets, access, and usage are tightly managed, fully auditable, and aligned to approved funding and enterprise control standards.You''ll be working closely with delivery teams, PMO, finance, and external suppliers, to enable stable environments that support programme delivery while maintaining strong operational discipline.This is an operations-focused role. Control, compliance, and enablement are vital in this role. You must have data center experience! What you will be doing:Maintain complete and accurate records of all hardware and software assets across test lab environmentsOversee the full asset life cycle, including allocation, reuse, and secure decommissioningEnsure all lab usage is linked to approved funding, projects, or Clarity demandsManage governance of environment and console access, ensuring permissions are approved, monitored, and removed when no longer requiredAct as the primary point of coordination between lab teams, delivery programmes, PMO, finance, and vendorsProvide operational oversight and reporting to support audit, risk, and compliance requirementsApply and operate within established enterprise governance and control frameworksMaintain strong working knowledge of supplier hardware ..... full job details .....
