This position offers a varied and manageable caseload of residential property matters. You''ll be trusted to run files independently, with support available when needed. Responsibilities include:Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equityManaging transactions from instruction through to post-completionProviding clear, practical advice to clients with a personal and proactive approachWorking collaboratively with colleagues across departmentsContributing to the firm''s continued growth and reputationCandidate Profile
