Legal CounselRenewable Energy firm£45K - £55KBased near GloucesterThe roleReviewing customer and supplier TandCs and related documents and reporting your findings, making changes to protect the Group''s interestsDrafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts including consultancy arrangements, contracts for products and services, and partnership/endorsement contracts, and negotiating these with counterpartiesSupporting the procurement of business-critical IT systemsAdvising the wholesale energy trading team on agreements for the purchase of renewable energy and our business sales team on energy sales and intermediary agreementsReviewing contracts through the project life cycle for sun parks, wind farms and battery storage systems - pre-works and FEED agreements, EPC, and operation and maintenance agreements, as well as power purchase agreementsHelping to resolve complex queries and disputes, and drafting letters of claimHelping to compile evidence for court proceedingsAssisting the enforcement team with the recovery of debtInstructing and managing external counselProperty portfolio support for renewable energy assets and developmentsOverseeing the group''s intellectual property portfolioRegistering trademarks and overseeing renewalsCollating information for patent applicationsRequirementsQualified solicitor (or CILEX lawyer)Commercial experience gained from a law firm or in-houseRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency ..... full job details .....
