This hotel kitchen is overseen by a very charismatic Executive Head Chef who is known for spending lots of quality time with the team, encouraging personal training and development. Classical cooking is at the heart of the restaurant menu, utilising the best of organic British produce with elevated techniques and presentation. The successful Chef de Partie will receive ample training in both high level restaurant/banqueting outlets.
