Customer Care Support Executive (Fully Remote)

Working Days: Saturday and/or Sunday
Hours: 9am-6pm (with optional ad-hoc evening work)

This client''s Care Team sits at the heart of their brand. As part of this Team, you''ll be the first voice their guests and hosts hear-calm, capable, and committed to delivering an exceptional experience without scripts or rigid templates. You will be trusted to bring empathy, clarity, and personality to every interaction.

What You''ll Do

• Triage and prioritise all inbound enquiries with speed and accuracy.
• Communicate directly with guests and hosts across phone, live chat, and email, resolving queries with confidence and care.
• Support the Sales team on selected bookings to help secure reservations.
• Work flexibly based on business needs.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment where no two days-or conversations-are the same.

What You''ll Bring

• Clear, confident communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within luxury services or hospitality.
• Composure under pressure, strong judgement, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• High emotional intelligence and a naturally positive, people-focused approach.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, or data analysis is a bonus, not a requirement.
