Account Manager
Account Manager Hybrid, Leicester 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday Up to £50,000 + uncapped commission (OTE circa £80,000) Macildowie are working with this client based in the UK (national role) to recruit an Account Manager within their Commercial SMB and Public Sector division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the technology and digital services industry, where you will play a key role in managing and developing both existing and new customer relationships. You will take ownership of a portfolio of Commercial SMB or Public Sector clients, adopting a consultative, value-led sales approach to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, increasing customer satisfaction and positioning the business as a trusted partner within its market. Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing a portfolio of existing and new accountsIdentifying and developing new business opportunities to meet sales targetsBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite contactsDelivering consultative sales solutions across a broad service portfolioCreating and presenting proposals, tenders and account plansMaintaining accurate pipeline and CRM dataRepresenting the organisation at client meetings, events and networking opportunities The successful candidate will demonstrate: Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SMB or Public Sector environmentsA strong track record ..... full job details .....
