The programme will last for 6 months and take you from complete recruitment newcomer to a fully fledged consultant working on an established recruitment desk.-

• 121 training and development with a variety of CPR''s top billers and managers-
• External training on sales and business development-
• Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly incentives-
• A structured plan from day 1, clearly outlining your expectations and what CPR will be working on for you to acheive in your career-
