The Role

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Data Administrator to support our team in collating, managing, analysing and storing business data to support the fast-paced packaging regulation requirements. This role involves liaising across departments and our global sites, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Flexible working hours and patterns are available to suit the right candidate.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Include

Engage with team members, departments and site contacts to facilitate effective data collation and management.Conduct gap analysis to identify missing or incomplete data sets.Collect and review raw data to ensure it meets internal and regulatory requirements.Organise and input data into centralised spreadsheets for system uploads and record maintenance.Reach out to key suppliers for specification sheetsSupport the maintenance and organisation (5S principles) of data held within the SAGE system.Communicate key findings, discrepancies or issues clearly to relevant stakeholders.Use of Excel, SAGE and Outlook for daily tasks (training will be provided).
