The school caters to pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), ADHD, and autism.The successful SEN behaviour support assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to support the delivery of lessons, de-escalate challenging behaviour, and encourage emotional regulation and resilience in pupils.
