We are looking for a Part Qualified Accountant to join our client’s well-established Finance Team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and statutory financial statements.
• Supporting the production of corporation tax and sole trader tax computations.
• Helping to prepare VAT returns and ensure timely submissions.
• Working with the audit team on client audit assignments, supporting various areas of the audit process.
• Using accounting and audit software to process financial data and prepare reports.
• Contributing to ad hoc finance projects as required.
• Attending relevant networking events or training sessions when requested.

What We’re Looking For:

• Part-qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent), with at least 1–2 years’ experience in practice or a similar finance role.
• Working knowledge of:
  • UK Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
  • International Standards on Auditing (ISAs)
  • Personal/corporation tax and VAT
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a commitment to learning and development.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
