Managing and growing a warm desk in the Driving and Industrial sector

Building strong relationships with clients and candidates

Filling temporary and permanent vacancies

Attending client meetings and conducting on-site inductions

Ensuring compliance with industry and legal standards

What We''re Looking For:

Minimum

1 year of recruitment experience

in Driving and/or Industrial sectors

Proven track record in business development and account management

Strong communication and organisational skills

A proactive attitude and team player mentality

Full UK driving licence preferred
