Fire and Security Project Manager

We are keen to speak with an experienced and motivated Fire and Security Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Fire and Security system projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple installations and upgrade projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality and safety standards. The role will cover systems such as: Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (BS5839) Intruder Alarms Access Control CCTV Systems Life Safety Systems As a Fire and Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Project Planning and Delivery: Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, from design approval to commissioning and handover. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and main contractors throughout the project. Team Management: Supervise and support engineers, subcontractors, and administrative staff working on your projects. Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and report variances. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all site works are carried out in compliance with CDM, RAMS, and relevant HandS legislation. Procurement: Order and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment. Project Documentation: Manage all project-related documentation including method statements, risk assessments, commissioning records, and OandM manuals.
