We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead a busy, high-quality neurodevelopmental assessment service. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and adults referred for Autism and/or ADHD assessments through NHS Patient Choice and GP referral. The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team consisting of Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Paediatricians, and Assistant Psychologists, while also playing an integral role in the management team overseeing comprehensive specialist assessments.
