This Suffolk based developer has strong reputation in the industry and has confirmed plans to invest and grow throughout 2026. The company delivers a wide array of projects across Suffolk and East Anglia. With a strong pipeline secured and future projects confirmed, the business is looking for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to facilitate this growth.

In this role, you will manage the full scope of QS duties across foundations, superstructure, enabling works, and wider project costs. You will work onsite with construction teams to ensure you have a complete understanding of the current projects and can deliver them to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual, with a desire to progress their career, this business is looking for someone who will consistently look for improvements and has a high attention to detail across every aspect of a project.

The Role:

• Work on projects valued between -2-20 Million
• Negotiate prices and build relationships with suppliers
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Commercial support across live projects
• Site based role near Ipswich

The person:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Excellent organisation, communication, and client-facing skills
• Must be ambitious with a drive to improve their career and the company
• Commutable distance from Ipswich and happy to work site based.
