Surgical Sales Specialist

Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision makers to introduce or upsell our portfolio of products.Build rapport with new and existing clients.Present and work closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, procurement, supply chain, healthcare providers, and others to achieve sales objectives.Provide surgical procedure and technical product support during surgeries, and offer ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.Stay informed about market information in your territory to maximize market share, product acceptance, and specifications.Travel across the territory, working within a team of experienced, driven sales professionals.Ability to develop and execute a tactical Sales Plan.Have commercial experience in successfully selling consumables and capital equipment within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the surgical area.Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, build new business pipelines, and upsell within existing clients.Proven track record of exceeding forecasted sales targets.As a leading innovator in women''s health, Hologic empowers people to live healthier lives every day.
