We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making data-driven decisions and translating insights into streamlined business processes and intelligent systems.

As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities across diverse datasets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build solutions that enhance operational performance and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders
• Design and implement efficient business processes based on analysis outcomes
• Develop and document system requirements and collaborate with developers or tech teams to build or enhance tools and platforms
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust processes and systems as needed to optimise outcomes
• Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
• Continuously evaluate current workflows and recommend improvements

About You

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role or similar analytical position
• Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Experience in process mapping, business process reengineering, or system design
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience with automation or low-code/no-code platforms
• Understanding of CRM, ERP, or custom business systems
• Background in sectors such as operations, logistics, tech, finance, or consultancy
