Senior VP .

This team operates at the heart of the Fund Management function and plays a critical role in capital deployment strategy, investor value creation, and operational performance across Arrow’s investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee financial models and performance frameworks to assess profitability, risk, and return on deployed capital across investment strategies.

Act as a senior stakeholder in fundraising efforts, supporting capital formation teams with return modelling, investor communications, and product structuring.

Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and Investment Committee members.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering analytical rigour and knowledge sharing across the Capital Allocation team.

Drive continuous process improvement, ensuring the Fund Management area maintains a best-in-class operating framework for capital decision-making.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseFor this role we are looking for a highly motivated, commercially astute leader with a strong analytical foundation and experience operating in a fund management, investment banking, or private equity environment.

You Will Bring With You

Strong academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM-related fields; postgraduate qualifications preferred.

8+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in banking, corporate finance, private equity, or fund management.

Demonstrated leadership in managing complex modelling, valuation, and performance frameworks.

Deep knowledge of fund economics, performance attribution, and investor reporting.

Highly proficient in Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with data tools (Power BI, Anaplan, Dynamics 365) is advantageous.
