With several new sites opening this year and ambitious expansion plans ahead, this newly created role is a key part of building a world class people strategy.This is a hands on role for someone with 1–2 years of solid recruitment experience who is ready to take ownership, thrive in a fast paced environment, and grow quickly into a management position.The RoleYou will be responsible for end to end recruitment across all site level leadership roles: Kitchen Managers, Assistant General Managers, and General Managers, owning the full hiring process from attraction to offer. You will also help upskill hiring managers, create better systems, and refine how recruitment is delivered across the group.You will report into the Head of People and Culture, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised, and confident leading their own function.Key ResponsibilitiesManage high volume recruitment across multiple sites and rolesBuild and refine recruitment tools, SOPs, and best practicesPartner with site leaders to improve their hiring capabilitySupport growth through effective pipeline building and onboardingDeliver consistently strong talent across operational teamsWhat They Are Looking For1–2 years in a recruitment or talent acquisition role in a value led brandExperience with volume recruitment and working at paceStrong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skillsConfident operating independently, without day to day oversightIdeally experienced in high growth hospitality brandsComfortable working in a collaborative, energetic cultureEnvironmentWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pmHybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 from home (flexibility during office transition)Culture: Fast paced, collaborative, high performing.Salary:

£35,000–£40,000 depending on experience (up to £45,000 for the right candidate)Progression:
