This is a high-profile contract involving extensive earthworks and drainage, offering the chance to work on a nationally significant scheme.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage on-site engineering tasks related to earthworks and drainage packagesInterpret and implement construction drawings and specificationsConduct setting out duties using modern surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, Total Station)Ensure works are completed in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standardsCoordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and the client''s engineering teamMaintain up-to-date site records, including as-builts and quality assurance documentationRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Engineer on major infrastructure/highways projects (ideally including HS2, Smart Motorways, or similar scale)Strong background in earthworks and drainageRelevant engineering qualifications (HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent)Valid CSCS card and other relevant site certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CAT and Genny, First Aid desirable)Proficient with AutoCAD and modern surveying instrumentsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAble to start ..... full job details .....
