We''re looking for a confident HR Advisor to join a busy HR team supporting a leading education provider in Bristol. This is a true HR generalist role with a strong ER/casework focus (not recruitment or LandD heavy). You''ll support managers with day-to-day people issues, helping them handle cases fairly, consistently and in line with employment law and policy. Role ResponsibilitiesManage ER casework including sickness/absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and investigations.Coach managers on people management, wellbeing conversations and decision-making.Support and guide formal HR meetings to ensure processes are fair and compliant.Help improve HR policies, procedures and documentation.Provide some recruitment advice where needed, but ER is the priority.
