You''ll be responsible for accurate invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliations, and ensuring timely payments. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate across departments are key.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update the purchase ledgerProcess high volumes of invoices and credit notesReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepanciesSupport month-end procedures and reportingCommunicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliersThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in a finance or accounts admin roleProficient in Excel and comfortable handling financial dataOrganised, accurate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsThis is a full time role.
