Children''s Residential Worker - Shift Leader (Cae Bryn House) Job description 32 hours per week Do you have experience working in Children s Residential Care? If so, then this is an exciting time to join Bridgend CBC as we continue to remodel the way we meet the needs of children and young people who need our support. We continue to expand our provision with an addition of a new service. The homes provide placements of varying lengths to children/young people in the age range 6 to 18 years (at the time of admission) who for various reasons cannot live with their own immediate or extended family. The homes are committed to offering a stimulating, safe, caring environment that promotes a holistic approach to all aspects of the child/young person s life.
