I sustained an injury as a baby and as a result have complex needs, including cognitive and physical, but this does not define me in any way. I am very independent but need the occasional hand to help with personal care when I get stuck. I mainly need my support worker/therapy assistant out of school so that I can enjoy social and leisure activities, engage in therapy/ carry out my exercises.
