Class 1 HGV Driver

We have due to continued growth several opportunities for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work for our client based out of East Midlands Gateway. As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will undertake trunking work to other company sites, NDC's and RDC's. This is clean work with no handball and presents long term work for Class 1 HGV Drivers.

Shift Patterns / Working Hours Available:
Days - Monday to Friday
Guaranteed 9.6 hours per shift minimum pay with OT paid out after 9.6 hours each day.

The successful Class 1 Driver will:
Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months
Have a valid tacho and DQC card
Have a positive can do attitude

Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver will include:
Trunking goods around the UK - No handball
Trailer swaps and backloads

You will receive:
Days - £16.38 per hour
Days OT after 9.6 hours daily - £24.57 per hour
