What you''ll do: Support daily living: Help with daily activities including eating, drinking and personal care. Person-centred care: Each of our service users is unique, with their own physical, mental, social and emotional needs. Promote independence: Encourage service users to make personal care choices and support their self-care and independence. Engagement: Support service users in participating in meaningful activities, both within our facilities and out in the community. Build relationships: Establish supportive connections with service users, their families, and colleagues.
