Founding Machine Learning Engineer

We’re hiring a Founding Machine Learning Engineer for a well-funded, early-stage start-up, built by a founding team with experience at some of the world’s leading companies in their field - and already onboarding real clients at pace. This is a mission-critical hire at one of the most exciting stages in a company’s journey.

About You:

• 4 years of high-quality software engineering experience
• Full stack skills, ideally back-end focused (Python) with front-end in React
• Machine Learning / AI engineering experience in a product-led or tech-driven company
• Experience with LLMs and RAG systems
• You're excited to work in-person by default, in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

We’re looking for someone world-class - the kind of engineer who’s helped ship real products, built systems from scratch, and taken ownership of models all the way through to production. Bonus points if you’ve done this at reputable companies.

You’ll own everything ML: from shaping the product and stack to driving the roadmap and building the foundation for scale. This is a rare opportunity to step in early, take real responsibility, and help define the direction of a business with huge potential.
