What You''ll Do:

• Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment

   

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime

   

• Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment runs at optimum efficiency

   

• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

   

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and food hygiene compliance

   

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven engineering experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

   

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills - multi-skilled preferred

   

• Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC)

   

• Ability to work independently on a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern

   

• Proactive mindset with a focus on reliability and efficiency
