The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical systems in industrial environments, particularly with rotating equipment, and be willing to travel across the UK with occasional international assignments. Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of reciprocating compressors and associated systems.Carry out mechanical overhauls, component replacements, valve servicing, and alignment of compressor systems.Conduct site surveys and diagnostics to determine equipment condition and recommend remedial actions.Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and customer feedback summaries.Liaise with clients on-site to ensure high-quality service delivery and technical support.Support root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies and client safety standards.Maintain service tools, equipment, and vehicle in good operational condition.
