Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging training across a variety of adult social care topics including safeguarding, dementia, mental health, and substance misuse. Create bespoke course content tailored to legislative requirements, sector guidance, and company values. Lead induction training and support the assessment and delivery of the Care Certificate. Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of both face-to-face and e-learning programmes. Maintain accurate training records and monitor compliance across teams.
