Job title: Business Sales Manager Salary: Competitive - circa £35,000-£50,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus/commission opportunities Location: Hertfordshire PURPOSE OF ROLE The role of Business (Sales) Manager is critical to delivering the long-term strategy of a very reputable insurance business - to build sustainable and profitable growth, to be a great company to do business with and to be a great place to work. You will play an integral role in enabling the smooth and efficient operation of the agency by providing team leadership that drives performance and ensures compliance with training and competence standards. This will support the delivery of sales targets and industry-leading levels of customer retention.
