.Youll be joining a cross-functional feature team focused on building and enhancing critical services and user-facing features. Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring BootContribute to frontend development using Angular and ReactDeploy and manage services on AWSCollaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers in an Agile environmentApply engineering best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and code reviews5+ years of software engineering experience- Strong background in Java and microservices architecture- Experience with Kafka and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)- Proficient in modern frontend frameworks (Angular and/or React)- Career coaching, mentoring and access to upskilling throughout your entire FDM career- Opportunity to re-skill and up-skill into new areas, develop non-linear career paths and build a skillset within your field- Annual leave, work-place pension and BAYE share scheme
