They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team.As the Site Manager, you will rotate between several projects ranging from £80k to £500k, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.You will spend the majority of your week visiting and managing sites, and will need to lodge away the majority of each week.In this role your key responsibilities will be:Manage multiple live sites, ensuring quality, programme, and HandS complianceOversee subcontractors and support Project Managers on larger schemesCarry out regular site inspections and progress checksEnsure all works meet safety, specification, and regulatory standardsAct as the main site-based contact for clients and project teamsContribute to planning, scheduling, and problem-solving during deliveryExperience in any of the following specialist areas is highly advantageous:Fire-rated partitions/wallsCleanroomsCold stores / cold roomsInternal or external claddingThe role would also suit Candidates from a fit-out or specialist construction environments especially if you have hands-on experience or a strong understanding of installation-based ..... full job details .....
