About the Role:
You will be instrumental in planning and delivering personalised lessons tailored to diverse learning needs, all within a nurturing environment that values the wellbeing of both pupils and staff. Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families is a core part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Design and deliver creative, differentiated learning experiences for pupils with SEN
andbull; Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
andbull; Track pupil progress and adapt teaching methods as needed
andbull; Collaborate effectively with the SEN team, parents, and external professionals
Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
£ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
£ Experience supporting children with SEN (including ASD, MLD, SEMH, or similar)
£ Compassionate, flexible, and resilient
£ Strong communication and teamwork abilities
