Weekend Cleansing Operatives
Location: Northampton, NN4 9RR
Pay Rate - £13.50 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent - Weekends only

We are currently recruiting Weekend Cleansing Operatives to work for our client in Northampton. These are permanent positions, and successful candidates will be employed directly by our client.
You will be responsible for cleaning public areas such as parks, streets, and car parks in and around the Northampton area. Main duties include:

• Litter picking
• Emptying public litter bins
• General outdoor cleansing duties as required

All necessary tools and PPE will be provided to ensure your safety and efficiency at work.

Shift Patterns:

• Standard shift: 8am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday, 7.5 hours per day paid
• Trial shift options also available 6am - 2pm andamp; 12pm - 8pm

(We welcome flexibility and will work with you to find a pattern that suits.)

Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
• Previous cleansing or outdoor work experience preferred but not essential
• Willingness to learn andamp; open to training.
• Safety conscious mindset is key.
• Reliable andamp; can commit to working every weekend
