Experienced Private Client Secretary Location: Central Edinburgh (EH8 - 2 mins from Waverley) Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (DOE) + Premium Benefits Working Pattern: Full-Time Hybrid Options (1 day WFH)The Role Our client is looking for a skilled Private Client Secretary to provide comprehensive support to a dedicated fee earner. Based in a stunning, modern office in central Edinburgh you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all matters are handled with the utmost sensitivity and professionalism.This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their accuracy and enjoys the variety involved in Private Client work.Key Responsibilities:Document Production: Transcribing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and HMRC forms from digital dictation.Client Care: Handling telephone queries and booking appointments with a sensitive, professional approach.Organisation: Efficient diary management and ensuring documents are produced within strict timeframes.Systems: Maintaining client databases and using case management systems.Skills and Experience Required:Minimum 1 year of experience in a Private Client secretarial role.A strong understanding of legal forms associated with Wills and PoA.Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.High level of accuracy in audio typing and document production.The Benefits:30 Days Holiday (22 floating + 8 fixed).Monthly Wellbeing Hour for your personal wellness.5% Employer Pension and 3x Salary Death in Service ..... full job details .....
