A respected and design-led housebuilder is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their award-winning team. You'll support the Site and Project Managers in delivering exceptional new homes — safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with day-to-day site operations and team coordination

• Uphold and implement Health & Safety procedures

• Ensure site presentation and housekeeping are first class

• Support delivery against programme and technical documentation

• Conduct inspections and prepare for key stage sign-offs

• Maintain accurate site records

What You’ll Need:

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager in housebuilding

• Must be flexible and comfortable with acting as holiday cover for multiple sites

• SSSTS or SMSTS + First Aid (Scaffold Appreciation a bonus)

• Strong working knowledge of Building Regs & warranty standards

• Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate trades

• Professional, positive, and quality-driven approach
