About the RoleAs a Transport Controller, you''ll play a key part in managing our nightly transport operation. You will allocate work to drivers, plan loads, respond to live operational issues, and maintain accurate records to support compliance and invoicing. You will also be the key point of contact between drivers, customers, and internal departments during your shift.This role requires excellent communication skills, strong planning ability and confidence in making decisions under pressure.
