We are looking for an experienced Executive Head Chef for a leading private school based in Hertfordshire. You will oversee a team of 8 Chefs and be able to demonstrate good leadership skills.

You will cater for around 800 on a daily basis, so experience in catering for large numbers is a necessity whether this is within a School Environment or this could be from a staff dining kitchen within Contract Catering. An education background is not essential but an Exec Chef with other corporate experience would be beneficial.

This is a full time contract and you will work throughout the year and have holidays off as in line with Educational roles. The core hours are Monday to Friday day time however some flexibility is required as occasional evenings and weekends may be required for functions and events.

Menus are changed each term and you will be required to compile new menus and put forward ideas to the client for sign off so experience i writing menu''s ideally for an education setting would be preferred.
