You''ll provide wide-ranging support across HR administration, onboarding, employee relations, projects and engagement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support across all HR activities.Maintain accurate, confidential HR system records in line with GDPR.Manage onboarding processes including right-to-work checks, inductions and issuing starter documentation.Support offboarding activities such as organising exit interviews.Assist with company-wide HR initiatives including wellbeing, engagement, EDI and staff communications.Support the coordination of internal and external training programmes.Assist with HR projects and creation of HR materials (presentations, booklets, posters).Support employee relations processes including investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings.Provide general support to the HR Manager and wider HR function as required.Essential CriteriaDegree in HR, Business or a related field.Minimum 1 year''s HR experience.Strong understanding of employment legislation.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a ..... full job details .....
